Why we exist

The gap we’re here to close.

Too many children, young people and families in our area wait too long for mental health support, or fall between services. We exist to make timely, community-based help easier to reach — especially for people who are too often under-served.

A note on the numbers

Local waiting-time and unmet-need statistics for Southwest London will be added here, sourced and dated from NHS England and borough data. [TO CONFIRM]

Our approach

Trauma-informed, evidence-based, and shaped with the people we serve.

Trauma-informed

We start from safety and trust, and we pay attention to what people have lived through — not just the difficulty in front of us today.

Evidence-based

We draw on approaches with a real research base — CBT, interpersonal, systemic and creative therapies — matched to the person, not the other way round.

Co-produced

We’re a community interest company, which means we’re set up to serve the community rather than to make profit for shareholders. We design services with lived-experience networks.

Governance and safeguarding

Kept safe, kept accountable.

Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We have a named safeguarding lead, clinical supervision arrangements for all practitioners, and a clear complaints route.

Our safeguarding, data protection and research practices are designed to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and Enhanced DBS requirements, alongside the UK Research Integrity Office (UKRIO) Code of Practice.

Together, these requirements underpin how we protect people, handle personal and sensitive information, maintain appropriate professional standards, and ensure our work is conducted safely, responsibly and accountably.

Ready when you are.
